- Deposit secures your build slot. Final payment is due after you approve the draft.
- Your free preview is delivered before any payment. The full first build draft is typically delivered within 3–7 business days after deposit and content.
- One revision round included. Anything outside your package is quoted in writing first.
- No lock-in contracts. You own your site files once the final invoice is paid.
These terms apply to all website setup, quote-system and related services provided by Adelaide Online Launch ("we", "us") to a client ("you"). By paying a deposit you agree to these terms.
1. Scope of work
The deliverables for your project are the items listed in the package you select on this website at the time of purchase. Anything outside that list is treated as additional work and quoted separately.
2. Payment
Projects begin with a deposit paid by bank transfer. The remaining balance is due after draft approval and before final handover or publishing. All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD).
3. Revisions
One round of revisions is included in each setup package. Additional revision rounds are available at an hourly rate, quoted in writing before any extra work begins.
4. Timeline
Your free, no-obligation homepage preview is typically prepared within 24–48 hours of submitting the request. After the deposit is paid and required content (logo, photos, business details) has been received, the full first build draft is usually delivered within 3–7 business days. Go-live windows depend on the package selected and are listed on the pricing section. Delays in providing content may delay delivery.
5. Hosting, domains and third parties
Hosting and domain registration may be set up on your behalf or remain managed by you. Third-party costs (domain registration, premium services) are payable directly by you to those providers.
6. Ownership
Once the final invoice is paid, you own the content and final website files. We may showcase the finished project in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.
7. No guarantee of results
We design websites to look professional and make it easier for customers to contact you. We do not guarantee specific Google rankings, lead volumes, sales or business outcomes.
8. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to our services is limited to the fees you have paid for the affected project. Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of South Australia, Australia.
